The Tourism Leading Indicators Monitor is a monthly publication that tracks trends in the New Zealand tourism industry and provides expert commentary.
The Monitor is updated monthly with key indicators for inbound tourism, outbound tourism, domestic tourism, commercial accommodation and visitor expenditure.
It draws upon the core tourism sector data sources to identify significant changes and trends emerging from the latest tourism data, and also incorporates the latest data from the Tourism Satellite Account and forecasting programmes.
